SmartDisk understands the value of information and respects your privacy. This privacy policy has been established to inform you of our practices concerning the collection and use of information about visitors to the SmartDisk websites.

Worldwide Access
SmartDisk is a global enterprise, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross international borders. Our privacy practices are designed to provide protection for your personal information across the world. We may share your personal information within SmartDisk and transfer it to countries in the world where we do business. Countries provide varying levels of legal protection for your information. In any case, we will handle the information at least in the manner we describe in this policy statement.

Supplemental Information

Children
SmartDisk's websites are not directed at and are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information about visitors to our site who are under 18 years of age. If we discover personal information from a child through the SmartDisk website we will delete that data. Further, if you are the parent or guardian of a minor under 18 years of age and believe that they have disclosed personal information to us, please contact thewebmaster@smartdisk.com so that we can delete the minor's information. Children should only use the SmartDisk website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Language
This Privacy Policy shall be exclusively interpreted in accordance with the English language with the meaning of its terms. Should a translation of this Privacy Policy deviate from the English language version, only the English language version shall apply and be binding.
